Teachers: Milka Hutna & Nora Vitkauskiene

About Milka:

With over 15 years of personal practice and 8 years of teaching in London, Milka brings a mindful and individualized approach to yoga. Her classes, rooted in traditional Ashtanga principles, adapt to each student’s unique needs, promoting physical and mental well-being.

As a mother of a 3-year-old and a pre- and post-natal yoga teacher, Milka understands the importance of balance and adaptability. With a master’s degree in biology and a deep understanding of the human body, she integrates this knowledge into her teaching to support students in a way that is grounded in science and sensitivity. Certified as an RYT 500 and authorized Level 1 by Sharath Jois, Milka creates a welcoming space where students feel empowered and supported in their journey.

About Nora:

Nora, a classically trained pianist who graduated from music school 20 years ago, rediscovered her passion for music after the birth of her child, leading her to a new path in sound healing. Certified by the Sound Healing Academy, she combines her formal musical background with holistic practices to create transformative sessions. Using crystal bowls, gongs, and other vibrational instruments, Nora crafts immersive soundscapes that promote deep relaxation and mental clarity. Also a certified children's mindfulness and meditation teacher, her nurturing approach provides a safe space for transformation, making her sound baths an essential part of this retreat.
