This special workshop is designed to help you unwind and reconnect with yourself, combining mindfulness, gentle yoga, breath practices, and the soothing resonance of a restorative sound bath. Each element of the evening builds on the last, guiding you toward profound relaxation and inner peace.

What to Expect:

  • Intention Setting & Mindfulness
    Begin by grounding yourself in the present moment. Through guided mindfulness practices and intention setting, you will create space for reflection and prepare your mind and body for the evening ahead.

  • Gentle Yoga Practice
    Ease into movement with a gentle, accessible yoga session led by Milka. This practice, suitable for all levels, focuses on mindful movement and connecting breath with body to release tension and promote a sense of balance.

  • Pranayama (Breathwork)
    Explore the power of your breath through calming pranayama techniques. These simple yet effective practices will help you calm your mind, regulate your emotions, and foster mental clarity.

  • Relaxation & Introduction to Yoga Nidra
    Transition into deeper relaxation with an introduction to yoga nidra, or yogic sleep. Guided by Milka, this deeply restorative practice allows you to release physical and mental stress, promoting profound rest and renewal.

  • Sound Bath
    Close the evening with Nora’s immersive sound bath. Using crystal bowls, gongs, and other vibrational instruments, she creates a meditative soundscape designed to balance your energy, promote deep relaxation, and leave you feeling centered and rejuvenated.

About the Teachers

Milka Hutna
With over 15 years of personal practice and 8 years of teaching in London, Milka offers a thoughtful, individualized approach to yoga. She integrates traditional Ashtanga principles with modern insights to suit each student’s unique needs, fostering both physical and mental well-being.

As a mother of a 3-year-old and a certified pre- and post-natal yoga teacher, Milka understands the importance of balance, adaptability, and compassionate self-care. Her background in biology (MSc) and anatomy informs her teaching, ensuring a grounded, science-based approach. As an RYT 500 and a Level 1 Authorized Teacher under Sharath Jois, Milka creates a welcoming, inclusive space where everyone feels empowered to explore their practice.

Nora Vitkauskiene
A classically trained pianist and certified sound healer, Nora brings her musical expertise and passion for holistic wellness to her sound baths. With certification from the Sound Healing Academy, she combines the vibrational power of crystal bowls, gongs, and other instruments to create immersive, transformative experiences.

Nora’s sessions are rooted in her background as a mindfulness and meditation teacher, ensuring a nurturing, safe environment for profound relaxation and healing. Her sound baths offer participants a unique opportunity to release stress, recharge, and find mental clarity.

Important Notes

Please note the following contraindications for the sound bath: Pregnancy (any stage), heart conditions, blood pressure conditions, diabetes, detached retina, eye pressure issues, or a history of mania or psychosis.
